Ingredients:

2 tbs olive oil -
32 oz chickpeas, 2 cans, drained and rinsed -
2 tbs coconut aminos -
2 tsp chipotle chili powder -
2 tsp garlic powder - 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 4 Green Onions
- Guacamole 1 pint pre-made
- Tortillas, to serve
- 1 lb Ground Turkey (optional for protein)
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat.
- When oil begins to shimmer, add the chickpeas – cook until light brown, stirring occasionally.
- Add coconut aminos, chipotle chili powder, and garlic powder – sauté ~3-4 minutes
- Serve on warm tortillas with desired taco toppings.
