  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Penne Pasta uncooked
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Salmon sliced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 Green Onions medium, sliced
  • 8.5 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes sliced
  • ¼ cup Basil leaves fresh, chopped
  • 4 tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled


  • Cook Penne pasta without salt as directed. Add Broccoli the last 3 minutes. Drain.
  • Heat skillet with Olive oil medium. Add Salmon, sauté and stir – 4 min. or until tender. Remove from skillet.
  • Increase heat to medium-high. Add Mushrooms and Garlic for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in Sun Dried Tomatoes, Green Onions and Basil. Stir 1 minute.
  • In a 2 cup measuring cup mix Corn Starch and Chicken Broth until smooth. Add to vegetables in skillet. Stir for 1-2 minutes until thick.
  • Stir in past mixture and salmon, cook and stir until heated.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese and serve.
