Whole Wheat Penne Pasta

Green Onions
medium, sliced

Sun Dried Tomatoes

Corn Starch

Chicken Broth
½
cup
Feta Cheese
crumbled
Instructions
Cook
Penne pasta
without salt as directed. Add
Broccoli
the last 3 minutes. Drain.
Heat skillet with
Olive oil
medium
.
Add
Salmon
, sauté and stir - 4 min. or until tender. Remove from skillet.
Increase heat to medium-high. Add
Mushrooms
and
Garlic
for 2 minutes.
Stir in
Sun Dried Tomatoes
,
Green Onions
and
Basil.
Stir 1 minute.
In a 2 cup measuring cup mix
Corn Starch
and
Chicken Broth
until smooth. Add to vegetables in skillet. Stir for 1-2 minutes until thick.
Stir in past mixture and salmon, cook and stir until heated.
Sprinkle feta cheese and serve.
